Booking & Salon Policies
Appointment Policies
- Please arrive on time. Appointments are held for up to 10 minutes past the scheduled start time.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
- Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will result in loss of the booking fee.
- No-shows may be charged up to the full service cost.
Booking & Deposits
- A booking fee is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward the service total.
- Booking fees are non-refundable but may be transferred with proper notice.
Hygiene & Preparation
- Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and brows.
- Clients experiencing eye infections, skin irritation, or illness will need to reschedule.
Refunds & Satisfaction
- We do not offer refunds.
- Complimentary adjustments may be offered within 48 hours of service if needed, at the discretion of the technician.
Children & Guests
- No children or additional guests are permitted in the service area.
Aftercare
- Following aftercare instructions is required for optimal results.
- Failure to follow aftercare may void guarantees.
