Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits. Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment or refusal of future bookings.
Late Arrival Policy
- Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation.
- Late arrivals are still responsible for the full service price.
